Simon is an influential figure in the Australian property development sector and a leader in the design and construction of Food and Drink premises. He’s also a builder, a beer baron, a keynote speaker and an entrepreneur. Simon has driven ventures with some of Sydney’s most influential developers and has led the strategy, acquisition, approval and construction of iconic food & beverage development sites across Sydney including restaurants for Barry MacDonald, Kylie Kwong and Neil Perry. Simon is also a co-founder of Philter Brewing, which is a leading craft beer producer in Australia. Simon is a dedicated family man, and is a board member of ASCEND, which provides pastoral care and financial support to Australian alpine athletes.

Partner

Andrew was the Managing Director of an International Property Group based in Singapore. He has also held senior property roles in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Andrew was responsible for facilitating property transactions for international investors on a large scale which, over time, developed into a managed portfolio of properties with a value of over $4 Billion. Subsequently Andrew returned to Australia to become a Partner at Diamond Constructions. Andrew establishes the metrics that inform property acquisitions and sales within the business and is strongly engaged in operations.

Design Director

Richard is an experienced architect and urban designer. Richard has worked with leading architectural firms including Hassell, Architectus and OMA and led design and documentation teams on award winning developments including the Darling Harbour Live Precinct, 60 Martin Place and Northwest Metro.

As Design Director for Diamond Constructions, Richard oversees the feasibility, conceptual design, consultant coordination and approvals process in response to the unique environmental, commercial, social and architectural opportunities specific to each of our developments.

Accountant

Andrew has over 50 years of accounting and business management experience and deep knowledge of the property and construction sectors. Andrew plays a key role for Diamond Constructions in establishing robust capital structures and maintaining strong financial positions for the business and our development portfolio. Andrew is a Fellow of Public Accountants, Fellow of Financial Accountants and is a registered Tax Agent.
